When is my order sent

All orders are sent within two (2) business days from the date of their implementation, always in accordance with the availability referred to on the product page. Once your order is sent you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then you will be informed of its status. Tracking, sending and delivery of orders are not made on weekends or official holidays.

Courier companies and Greek mail

The orders are sent to Greece with the ACS courier courier company, with UPS for overseas missions.

Delivery times

All missions are delivered to all cities in Greece the next day with the exception of some more remote destinations in the islands, where it takes 2-3 days. In case of delay contact us at info@dimiourgiko-vildiridis.gr or by phone at +30 2310 233263 to inform you about your mission.

If your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) we will contact you to tell us if you wish to complete it.

Shipping costs.

The cost of shipping the product automatically calculates before completing your order, after first selecting the company you wish to send you your order and payment method.

Shipping costs for all of Greece is € 3 and FREE for purchases over € 70. If you select the deposit as a payment method you will be charged € 3 extra. Highly volume species, such as a large amount of business gifts, a wooden image, may have different shipping costs. In this case there will be a special calculation depending on the volume of the parcel.

Customs expenses for non -EU countries

Customs duties or other import costs are charged to countries outside the EU, when the package arrives in the country of destination and should be paid by you. Unfortunately, the creative Vildiridis has no control over these expenses, nor can we give you a clear picture of whether you will eventually be burdened with what amount, as customs policy is significantly different from country to country. You can contact your country's customs office before making your order.

Different delivery address

You can set a different delivery address if your order is intended for a gift when completing your order.

Lacking the time of delivery

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the ACS distributor or UPS will leave a note with the company's contact details so you can arrange to go back in an hour that will serve you better. It can also be received from a branch of each company if requested specifically.
